My Beautifull Journey
My Beautifull Journey is an organization specialized in retreats. It has emerged from my own experiences, looking at the constant conflicts of the human mind and the lifestyles and choices that lead to suffering. Realizing that there is so much more than this chaos, and that each of us is on our own journey of discovery.
But how can you know if you haven’t questioned it and paused to listen to the music of your soul? I believe that every being has an unimaginable power waiting to be discovered and released. So a seed of an idea blossomed into the ‘My Beautifull Journey’ retreats; an experience that invites you to feel, think and wonder; The inner journey of yourself that is filled with BEAUTY.
The retreat is about the present moment, removing all distractions and returning to the basics of authentic living.

About Mileschka Teixeira Fernandes
Mother – Adventurous – Caring – Entrepreneur
My name is Mileschka Teixeira Fernandes – Girigorie, married for 16 years with 3 children. I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of social services and family therapy. In 2021, I founded my own company named ‘My Beautifull Journey’. By combining my experiences as a mom and partner, my passion for traveling and my expertise and field of work, I have put together an inspiring personal journey. In addition to my current work as a family therapist, I am a philanthropist. I love connecting to people, and I enjoy spending time with friends and family. Every year, I voluntarily organize several projects for underprivileged families and elderly people.
More about me
Empowering young people, to guide and influence their development, gives me great satisfaction. I am convinced that if small changes are made to their system, a positive living environment will become a base from which they can develop further. This is my motivation for being a family therapist.
I also believe that most people behave with good intentions and that if they don’t, it is because they don’t know any better or there has been an obstacle somewhere. This vision gives me strength and at the same time hope for a better world. My Beautifull Journey originated from this train of thoughts.
I am a very social, empathic, enthusiastic and warm person. My strong eagerness to learn new things and self-development is a perfect match for my passion for reading. I really love to read!
To be positive in life and always look at how to make the best of it is my major motto in life. Throughout my life, I learned how to be flexible and how to adapt myself well to other people in different situations. I have communication skills in 5 different languages.
I also love to travel, hike and dance. As you have read before, I love to connect. I would love to receive a message from you.

Beatrix Cruz
My name is Beatriz and I will be your yoga and meditation guide during the retreat. I have been a practitioner for 4 years and gained a passion for mindfulness in my travels. I think of myself as a guide as opposed to a teacher, as I take from personal experiences and create methods concerning each individual’s needs. Furthermore, I can’t wait to meet you!
Mery Santos
I am Mery Santos, I was born on São Tomé Island. As a professional massage therapist, I enjoy what I do because I deal directly with people. Hope to see you soon for amazing healing, relaxing massages with special herbs from the island. You will feel relief from stress in the mind, body, and spirit.
